Im pleased with all the shots I have done but I think some of the footage will have to be edited and merged together. I shot a lot of footage of John showing and talking about the bikes individually and I feel a lot of the footage would make the documentary drag on and not necessary, but I think I will cut down the footage and use short bits of it in the documentary. I also don't think I will use all the footage for setting up the interviews, I think I will only use the one of Christine cooking in the kitchen.

Post Production Techniques (Video)
For the scene above I started of with footage of a interview with John but I wanted to cut out something he said but keep the rest instead if coming back to it later I overlaid a cutaway of him in the garden to cover up the edit.
I have a few different shots of John in the garage. I went with a shot of him going into the garage but I preferred the audio and what he was saying in a different shot in the garage so I put the one I liked visually and then put the audio footage I like underneath.
Post Production Techniques (Audio)
When introducing Christen into the documentary I had a shot of Christen in the kitchen doing the washing up. I overlaid audio from a interview with Christens with her talking about what she thought about bicycles. I include this line because I thought it fitted well with introducing her. At the start of the documentary I have a shot of John coming out of his bike shed. Again I overload audio from a interview I had taken with John with him introducing himself, I thought this fitted very well as a introduction to the documentary and decided to include it over the footage.

Unit 41 Set Design
Overall I want the documentary to give the viewer a inside look at old bicycle collecting and give the viewer a bit more nolidge of bicycle collecting and information on the bikes and John. For the overall look of the documentary I want it to flow nicely together make sense in sequence and the look of it to be bright and easy to see.
