Over the whole process of making the documentary I developed and made changes based on feedback which allowed me to improve the story and themes of the documentary. It also allowed me to develop and look at the contrast of John and Christen. I wanted to show how the two differ from each other, how Christen is very tidy and organised with her kitchen and garden, and how John is very untidy and cluttered with his bicycle collection, I also wanted to get across each of their opinions and views on the collection. I especially wanted a insight look on Christens view of the collection and how she felt about it. I also think this offered a deeper look into John and Christens relationship together and how they differ from each other. I think the documentary offers a good look at how someone is interested enough in a certain thing to collect it, I also think it offers a good look at how some else that is interested in the subject feels about the collections and get their views on it. Overall I think I got this idea across in the documentary and I really like how the finished documentary turned out.

The theme of the documentary is collecting and how others react to certain peoples collections. The documentary is about Johns collection and why his interested in collecting old bicycles. It is also about how his wife Christen feels about the collection and what types of bicycles she likes.

The target audience is people who are interested in collecting bicycles. I would say the majority audience will be males around the same age as John, so around 30-80 year olds who have a interest in old bicycles and collecting them.

Unit 11 Script
Evaluation of Script Writing Process
For the documentary I wanted a inside look at Johns bicycle collection and a look at his relationship with his wife Christen. I wanted to show how the two differ from each other, how Christen is very tidy and organised with her kitchen and garden, and how John is very untidy and cluttered with his bicyle collection. I think John and Christen have a good contrast of each other in the documentary with them both being very different from each other. I also wanted to get across each of their opinions on the collection especially Christens view on it.

Unit 41 Use of Separate Sound
I recorded a short narration introducing the documentary and John, but decided against it as it dragged on and ruined the flow of the documentary. I also didn't use it as I had found a better way to introduce John and the documentary.
